Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus" ja muissa tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Hankinnasta on julkaistu edellinen tarjouspyyntö 1.9.2025. Hankinta keskeytettiin 11.12.2025. Tarjouspyyntömateriaalia on edellisen julkaisun jälkeen muokattu.
Muokatut kohdat on merkitty tarjouspyyntömateriaaliin punaisella. Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo on noin 10 000 000 euroa sopimuskaudella sisältäen sopimusoptiot. Hankintasopimuksen luonnos on tarjouspyynnön liitteenä. Tilaaja ei tällä sitoudu määräostovelvoitteeseen, annetut hankintamäärät ovat arvioita ja ne voivat muuttua.
Lisäksi selvyyden vuoksi todetaan, että Toimittaja ei saa yksinoikeutta tämän sopimuksen mukaisten tuotteiden ja palveluiden toimittamiseen Tilaajalle, ja Tilaaja voi hankkia vastaavia tuotteita ja palveluja myös mahdollisilta muilta toimittajiltaan.,
