SPECIFICALLY, THE COMPANY WILL PAY VVA: $4.00 PER BOX FOR UPS MAILED DONATIONS, $362.00 PER 100 CUBIC FEET FOR DIRECT MAIL DONATIONS, $41.25 PER 100 CUBIC FEET FOR DONATION CENTER DONATIONS, AND $42.00 PER 100 CUBIC FEET FOR WEBSITE DONATIONS. VVA WILL RECEIVE 100% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DONATED GOODS. THE COMPANY DOES NOT SOLICIT OR ACCEPT MONETARY CONTRIBUTIONS ON BEHALF OF VVA.
THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND VVA AND SOLICITATION CAMPAIGN CONDUCTED BY THE COMPANY ON BEHALF OF VVA WILL RUN FROM JANUARY 1, 2024 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2024.
