( VVA ) AND WILL PURCHASE THOSE DONATED GOODS FROM VVA AT CERTAIN CONTRACTUALLY AGREED UPON PRICES.
SPECIFICALLY, THE COMPANY WILL PAY VVA: $4.00 PER BOX FOR UPS MAILED DONATIONS, $362.00 PER 100 CUBIC FEET FOR DIRECT MAIL DONATIONS, $41.25 PER 100 CUBIC FEET FOR DONATION CENTER DONATIONS, AND $42.00 PER 100 CUBIC FEET FOR WEBSITE DONATIONS. VVA WILL RECEIVE 100% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DONATED GOODS. THE COMPANY DOES NOT SOLICIT OR ACCEPT MONETARY CONTRIBUTIONS ON BEHALF OF VVA.
