Osatarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä.
Kyseisen kokonaisuuden tarkemmat tiedot ja tarjousvaatimukset löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteestä 1, jossa on ilmoitettu tarjottavien palveluiden vähimmäis- ja laatuvaatimukset. Palvelut hankitaan määräaikaiselle viiden vuoden sopimusajalle. Määräaikaisen kauden jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Hankinnassa noudatetaan hankintalakia.
