(“MAI”) invites offers from Suppliers for prospective proponents to submit proposals for a new Virtual Machine (VM) hosting solution The Supplier shall assess the existing Cisco UCS Platforms and associated hardware and provide and deliver a reliable virtualization solution that meets MAI’s requirements Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part.
The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted. The closing for receipt of quotations will be 14:00 pm Atlantic Time, December 23, 2025. Materials MUST be received to Marine Atlantic facility before March 31, 2026 All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website.
Quotations must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Quotations will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication. Quotations must be received by the closing date and hour. Late Quotations will not be considered. Demande de propositions n° 305-322-025 – Fourniture de matelas et de housses de matelas Marine Atlantic Inc. (« MAI ») invite les fournisseurs potentiels à soumettre des propositions pour une nouvelle solution d'hébergement de machines virtuelles (VM).
Le fournisseur doit évaluer les plateformes Cisco UCS existantes et le matériel associé, puis fournir et livrer une solution de virtualisation fiable qui répond aux exigences de MAI. Marine Atlantic se réserve le droit d'accepter les soumissions en tout ou en partie. La soumission la plus basse ou toute autre soumission ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée.
La date limite de réception des soumissions est fixée au 23 décembre 2025 à 14 h, heure de l'Atlantique. Les documents DOIVENT être reçus par Marine Atlantic avant le 31 mars 2026. Tous les documents relatifs à l'appel d'offres susmentionné seront uniquement disponibles sur le site web de soumission électronique des offres Merx. Les soumissions doivent être envoyées par voie électronique à l'aide du système MERX EBS.
Il s'agit de la seule méthode de réponse acceptée. Les soumissions envoyées par fax, e-mail ou tout autre moyen de communication ouvert ne seront pas prises en considération.
