Scope overview
A proximité de la Porte d’Anderlecht et de la Place Anneessens, la Régie Foncière de la Ville de Bruxelles a acquis un terrain dans le cadre de la lutte contre les logements insalubres et inoccupés. Le but est de réaffecter cette parcelle abandonnécette parcelle abandonnée et d’y construiresconstruire des logements.
Le site est occupé actuellement par une construction en fond de parcelle, la partie àa frond de rue présente des traces d’anciennes constructions, aujourd’hui démolies. Le bâtiment encore présent est bâti sur 3 limites de mitoyenneté en R+4 et est aujourd’hui désaffecté.
Le projet prévoit la démontagele démontage de la construction arrière et la réation d’un nouveau bâtiment sur l’alignement à frond de rue permettant ainsi de combler la dent creuse et de réaliser 5 logements et des espaces communses. Il s’agit de la construction de 4 studios et un appartement 2 chambres en duplex destinés à la location. . Le projet est axé sur le réemploi.
