Scope overview
Das denkmalgeschützte Vorwerk, unterhalb des Schlosses Allstedt gelegen, befindet sich aktuell in privater Hand. Die Gebäude, ehemals Stallungen, sind größtenteils verfallen, teilweise ohne Dach. Um die Bausubstanz zu erhalten und dem Verfall entgegenzuwirken, sind dringend Sanierungsmaßnahmen erforderlich.
Die angrenzende kommunale Fläche vor dem Vorwerk wird als unbefestigter Parkplatz genutzt und soll technisch und gestalterisch aufgewertet werden. Derzeit laufen Verhandlungen zum Erwerb des Ensembles durch die Stadt, um die weitere Entwicklung des Kultur- und Vereinszentrums zu ermöglichen. Das Gebäude 2 soll denkmalgerecht instandgesetzt und umgenutzt werden.
In diesem Gebäude werden durch umfassende Sanierungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen die Voraussetzungen für einen barrierefrei zugänglichen Veranstaltungsbereich mit hoher Nutzungsflexibilität geschaffen. Dieser soll künftig als zentraler Ort für kulturelle und gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen mit größerem Publikumsandrang dienen. Es ist die Planung der Technischen Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 1-3 zu erarbeiten und ggf.
umzusetzen (stufenweise Beauftragung gemäß Ingenieurvertrag).. Das Projektgrundstück liegt an der Schloßstraße (postalisch Hausnummer 9D) in 06542 Allstedt, Landkreis Mansfeld-Südharz im Bundesland Sachsen-Anhalt. Es handelt sich um das Flurstück 146/20, Flur 23 der Gemarkung Allstedt (7.457 m2). Näheres ergibt sich aus dem bereitgestellten Ingenieurvertrag (Teil B der Vergabeunterlagen).
