Scope overview
De FUMO is voornemens om een Overeenkomst aan te gaan met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering (inclusief het gebruiksrecht), de implementatie, het beheer en het onderhoud van een VTH-zaaksysteem. De FUMO beoogt een langdurig partnership hieromtrent aan te gaan. De FUMO is voornemens een Overeenkomst af te sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer voor een gegarandeerde periode van vijf jaar.
De Overeenkomst gaat uiterlijk in op 01-07-2026 alvorens de start van de implementatie van de ICT-oplossing. De Overeenkomst kan eenzijdig door FUMO viermaal optioneel worden verlengd voor de duur van twee jaar. De maximale looptijd van de Overeenkomst (incl. verlengingen) kan hiermee oplopen tot dertien jaar.
