Toegangscontrolesysteem Aanschaf en implementatie van de hardware (o.a. paslezer die de container ontgrendelt, accu, lichtpaneel en inwerpslot) en software van het toegangscontrolesysteem t.b.v. de containers. De toegangspassen die momenteel in gebruik zijn dienen te werken op het toegangscontrolesysteem. Het dient mogelijk te zijn om nieuwe toegangspassen bij de inschrijver aan te schaffen.
