Vulnerability Management and Patching Solution for Windows Devices

We are seeking proposals for a comprehensive vulnerability management and patching solution to enhance our cybersecurity posture. The desired services must be compatible with our existing cybersecurity infrastructure, including our current Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solution, to provide a unified platform for device and software inventory, vulnerability scanning, and automated patch deployment.

Specifically, we are looking for a solution that includes: Vulnerability Scanning and Management: The ability to scan and identify vulnerabilities across our network of end-user devices. The solution must provide detailed reporting and a centralized dashboard for tracking, prioritizing, and managing vulnerabilities. We require this service to cover approximately 250 Windows devices used by staff.

Other device types (i.e., iPads and Chromebooks) are not included in this request. Automated Patching and Remediation: A tool (or equivalent) that streamlines the remediation process by automatically deploying patches, updates, and software installations based on scan results. The solution should also provide the capability to recommend solutions for vulnerabilities that cannot be automatically patched.

This service is needed for our 250 Windows devices across 4 locations, supporting our 150 staff users. Licensing and Support: All necessary software and licenses for the requested services for a 3-year contract. Proposals should include detailed information on the required software licenses and any associated technical support or training.
