Hankinta toteutetaan avaimet käteen periaatteella, jolloin toimittaja vastaa koko kokonaisuudesta pääurakoitsijana.
Hankinta koskee olemassa olevia asuinrivi ja kerrostalorakennuksia. Kustannuspaikkojen määrä on 27 kiinteistöä (tarjouspyynnön liitteenä kohdelista) . Lisäksi 2 kiinteistössä on olemassa jo valokuituverkko, joten niihin hankitaan internet ja kaapeli-tv olemassa olevaan tekniikkaan.Asuntojen määrä 580, joista 61 huoneissa jo olemassa oleva valokuitu, joihin hankitaan internetyhteys olemassa olevaan tekniikkaan.
