Scope overview
Predmetom zákazky je vybudovanie fotovoltaického zdroja elektrickej energie (ďalej len „FVE“) s batériovým úložiskom v Študentskom domove EU v Bratislave Dolnozemská cesta 1, Bratislava – Petržalka. Predmet zákazky sa bude realizovať podľa projektovej dokumentácie a výkazu výmer.
FVE zdroj bude napájať celý objekt študentského domova vyrobenou elektrickou energiou, ukladať energiu a prebytky do batériového úložiska a nebude dodávať vyrobený výkon do distribučnej siete NN. Celkový výkon navrhovanej FVE je 80kW max. výkon panelov 98,98 kWp. Osadenie FV panelov je navrhované na samostojacej kovovej konštrukcii na plochej streche študentského domova.
Týmto riešením sa nezaťaží samotná strešná krytina a tepelná izolácia strechy a plocha strechy bude trvalo prístupná pre prípadný servis. Ochrana pred bleskom sa vybuduje nová s napojením na už vybudované zvody a uzemňovač. Všetky časti FVE sa ochránia zachytávacími tyčami v ochrannom uhle a princípom valivej gule.
Niektoré priečne vedenia sa upravia a vymenia za izolované tak aby bola splnená podmienka dostatočnej vzdialenosti. Vnútorná ochrana proti blesku bude doplnená o zvodiče prepätia a ochranné pospájanie. Podrobne popísané/uvedené v súťažných podkladoch.
