Navy Library and Archives Seeks Wall Murals and Signs Installation Services

Sources Sought Notice for Wall Murals and Signs for the Navy Department Library and Archives at the Washington Navy Yard The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is seeking information on qualified and experienced sources for planning purposes in an effort to derive a contract vehicle that will provide wall murals and signs along with their installation in accordance with the specifications detailed in the attached Statement of Work.

The required delivery date is thirty (30) days after contract award. A single, firm fixed-price (FFP) contract action under NAICS code 323111 is anticipated. Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose", this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for written information only. This is not a solicitation and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.

This sources sought notice is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information received in response. Please see the attached Statement of Work. Respondents will not be notified of the results and the Government is not required to answer any questions submitted in regard to this sources sought notice. Please note the information in this pre-solicitation may be updated and/or changed prior to an official synopsis/solicitation, if any. All requests for further information must be made in writing via email.

Responses to this Sources Sought request shall reference shall reference Sources Sought number 1301312519 and shall include the following information in this format: 1. Statement as to whether the business is actively registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov). 4.
