Scope overview
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen zur Ausführung der technischen Wärmedämmung an Anlagen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA). Die Arbeiten umfassen die Wärmedämmung der Sanitär-, Lüftungs- und Heizungsinstallationen in allen Gebäudebereichen. Die Ausführung erfolgt gemäß VOB/C, DIN 4140, GEG sowie den anerkannten Regeln der Technik und den Herstellervorgaben.
Unterschiedliche Montagehöhen in Sozialtrakt, Fahrzeughalle, Lager- und Werkstattbereichen sind zu berücksichtigen; erforderliche Arbeiten in größeren Höhen gelten als abgegolten, sofern im Leistungsverzeichnis nichts Abweichendes festgelegt ist.
