Scope overview
Het opleidingsgebouw te Gent is gebouwd in 2018-2019 en heeft een eigen verwarmingssysteem op aardgas. In het kader van duurzaam investeren en duurzame energie wil Sport Vlaanderen deze stookplaats uitbreiden tot een hybride stookplaats, op aardgas en elektriciteit; Sport Vlaanderen wil een groot deel van de warmtevraag invullen met een warmtepomp.
De opdracht omvat de volledige hydraulische, regeltechnische en elektrische integratie van een lucht-water monoblock-warmtepomp met een buffer, aangesloten op het bestaande verwarmingssysteem. De aannemer staat in voor ontwerp, levering, plaatsing, aansluiting, configuratie en inbedrijfstelling, inclusief alle nevenwerken die nodig zijn voor een correcte en duurzame werking van het systeem.
