Wszystkie dostarczone urządzenia muszą być fabrycznie nowe i nieużywane wcześniej w żadnych projektach, wyprodukowane nie wcześniej niż 6 miesięcy przed dostawą i nieużywane przed dniem dostarczenia z wyłączeniem używania niezbędnego dla przeprowadzenia testu ich poprawnej pracy.
