Scope overview
As a part of meeting our PCBU1 obligations and �duty of care� we want to offer training to our staff so they feel confident within their roles and have the opportunity to upskill and increase their capability. We seek to have flexibility in how the training is delivered. It is important training providers can provide trainings online, at their venues, and in the communities where we serve.
Our preference is to be able to attend publicly available courses so that staff do not need to wait long before they can attend a course. Alternatively, dependent on numbers, one of the participating councils can host.
