Scope overview
Construction of a new works depot building with covered parking and storage at the West Witney Sports Field site. The works are inclusive of, but not limited to: partial demolition of derelict works building, groundwork, drainage, M&E, interior fit out (creation of 1st floor mezzine, toilets, changing room, canteen, office etc), solar panels.
