The selected Platform will also be expanded to include projects managed by FCC’s Communications team which delivers employee communication, external communication, media relations, and social media.

FCC is seeking a highly intuitive and user-friendly Workflow Management Platform for an estimated 75 users that allows us to effectively and efficiently manage project work across our integrated Brand and Communications teams. The proposed solution must support a hybrid work model, team agility, and real-time collaboration across departments.

The platform must include features for customisation, process automation to streamline workflows, and save time. It should also offer capacity management tools and comprehensive reporting capabilities to demonstrate alignment with business objectives. The successful proponent would also assist with any implementation, configuration and/or migration of data from our existing platform.
