Scope overview
As part of a project to replace media in the biofilter beds at three wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) in Dunedin, a quantity of used biofilter media (media) requires disposal. The Dunedin City Council is aware of the possibility for re-use of the used media, and its potential value. This is an open-market Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the DCC�s Asset Disposal and Write-Off Policy.
The DCC is inviting interested parties to submit proposals to participate in the opportunity to acquire all or some of the old (used) filter media. The DCC will evaluate all proposals received.
