Część 1 - wkład finansowy ze środków Funduszu Funduszy przypisany do zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie na rzecz BGK usług polegających na wdrożeniu i zarządzaniu Instrumentem Finansowym Pożyczka na efektywność energetyczną dla przedsiębiorstw oraz udzieleniu Jednostkowych Pożyczek o parametrach określonych w „Metryce Instrumentu Finansowego Pożyczka na efektywność energetyczną przedsiębiorstw”, z wkładu finansowego Funduszu Powierniczego wniesionego przez Zamawiającego do Funduszu Szczegółowego w łącznej wysokości 25 000 000,00 PLN uzupełnionego o wkład własny Wykonawcy w wysokości zadeklarowanej przez Wykonawcę na etapie postępowania przetargowego (nie mniej niż 5%).
Jednocześnie Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany do osiągnięcia następujących wskaźników: Roczne zużycie energii pierwotnej w przedsiębiorstwach (MWh/rok) wartość docelowa: 6 400, Powierzchnia budynków MŚP poddanych termomodernizacji (m2) wartość docelowa: 3 200.
