- Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej wraz z uzyskaniem wymaganych pozwoleń, uzgodnień i decyzji z kompletem dokumentacji towarzyszącej, pozwoleniom wodno-prawnym w tym pozwolenia na budowę w ramach Projektu pod nazwą. "Kompleksowy projekt adaptacji lasów i leśnictwa do zmian klimatu – mała retencja oraz przeciwdziałanie erozji wodnej na terenach nizinnych – kontynuacja” (MRN3)" realizowanego w ramach POIiŚ 2021 -2027, pomiar obiektów i prace geodezyjne z opracowaniem map do celów projektowych do każdego obiektu oraz nadzór autorski – szczegółowe informacje zawarto w projekcie umowy – zał. 2 do SWZ. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ (koncepcja dla części, podręcznik wdrażania Projektu, logotypy). Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - projekt umowy. Wykonana dokumentacja projektowo-kosztorysowa musi być zgodna z podręcznikiem wdrażania Projektu.
