Założeniem zadania jest podniesienie lustra wody, umożliwienie regulacji poziomu wody oraz ustabilizowanie na żądanej wysokości. Zwiększenie powierzchni lustra wody do około 2,20 ha. Lokalizacja: leśnictwo Jagodno, adres leśny 15-02-1-01-289-z-00, 15-02-1-01-289-ax-00; gmina Elbląg, obręb ewidencyjny Jagodno, działka: 134.
Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać w następujących terminach: Etap I – 90 dni od dnia zawarcia umowy; Etap II – 12 miesięcy od dnia zawarcia umowy Etap III - od dnia rozpoczęcia robót budowlanych nieprzerwanie do momentu odbioru końcowego i uzyskania pozwolenia na użytkowanie włącznie, nie dłużej jednak niż do 31 grudnia 2028 roku (wskazana data jest związana z upływem terminu rozliczenia umowy o dofinansowanie projektu).
