- Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest wymiana Centralnego Systemu Komunikacji Głosowej dla Narodowego Instytutu Onkologii im. Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie – Państwowego Instytutu Badawczego Oddziału w Gliwicach 2. Termin związania ofertą wynosi: 90 dni. Bieg terminu związania ofertą rozpoczyna się wraz z upływem terminu składania ofert. Dzień ten jest pierwszym dniem terminu związania ofertą. Powyższe oznacza, iż termin związania ofertą upływa w dniu 28.06.2026 r. 3. Termin wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia: 12 miesięcy licząc od daty zawarcia umowy. Realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia podzielona została na 2 etapy: 1) etap 1 obejmujący dostawę i wdrożenie fabrycznie nowego Systemu Telekomunikacyjnego – do 4 miesięcy od daty zawarcia umowy. 2) etap 2 obejmujący sukcesywne dostawy aparatów, oprogramowania i licencji – do 12 miesięcy od daty zawarcia umowy. 4. Zamawiający w niniejszym postępowaniu przetargowym przy ocenie ofert będzie stosował procedurę określoną w art. 139 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp.
