Scope overview
The district is seeking proposals for an AI-powered, next-generation phishing detection and remediation solution to protect our staff and student user base of approximately 15,500 users within our Google G-Suite environment.
This service will implement safeguards to protect user network identities from theft and misuse by utilizing AI-based threat detection to scan for malicious links, attachments, and impersonation attempts. The platform must also support our plan to increase user awareness through training and simulated phishing exercises.
The District intends to procure the requested products and/or services utilizing an existing Washington State interlocal agreement (State Contract) or cooperative purchasing contract (piggyback), in compliance with applicable state law and district policy.
Acceptable cooperative agreements include, but are not limited to: Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (DES), TCPN, US Communities, WSCA, KPN, SIPC, TIPS, KCDA, and WSIPC. Vendors must clearly identify the cooperative contract under which pricing is proposed and provide documentation verifying the District’s eligibility to purchase through that contract.
