Odbiór odpadów o kodzie 20 02 01 będzie się odbywał z terenu Miejskiego Przedsiębiorstwa Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o.
w Sosnowcu w dniach od poniedziałku do piątku, w godzinach od 6.00 do 14.00, transportem Wykonawcy i na jego koszt. 5. Wykonawcy nie przysługują żadne roszczenia względem Zamawiającego, jeśli ilość odebranych odpadów przez Wykonawcę przekroczy wartość 100 Mg, ale nie osiągnie wartości 500 Mg.
