Scope overview
Przedmiotem zamówienia w ramach niniejszego postępowania jest dostawa rezonansu magnetycznego wraz z wyposażeniem oraz integracją z systemem PACS/RIS oraz adaptacją pomieszczeń.Wykonawca zobowiązany jest w ramach przedmiotu umowy do wykonania niezbędnych prac adaptacyjnych pomieszczeń przeznaczonych dla potrzeb montażu rezonansu magnetycznego zgodnie z załączonym do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (załącznik numer 8) programem funkcjonalno-użytkowym (PFU).
Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do opracowania dokumentacji projektowej i na jej podstawie do wykonania robót budowlanych obejmujących adaptację pomieszczeń.
