Scope overview
- Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie, produkcja oraz dostawa kolejowych pojazdów pasażerskich, wieloczłonowych, z napędem alternatywnym, bezemisyjnym, wyposażonych w pantograf i obsługujących niezelektryfikowane linie kolejowe w ramach Partnerstwa Innowacyjnego. Zamawiający zakłada: 1) w ramach prac badawczo-rozwojowych stworzenie i testy prototypu Pojazdów w dwóch egzemplarzach. 2) w ramach dostaw po etapie badawczo-rozwojowym: dostawę dwóch Pojazdów z zastrzeżeniem uprawnienia, o którym mowa w art.441 Pzp, tj. dostawę dodatkowo maksymalnie do dwunastu sztuk Pojazdów. 2. Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Opisie Potrzeb i Wymagań (OPiW) oraz w Załącznikach nr 1a i 1b do OPiW. 3. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w języku polskim przy użyciu środków komunikacji elektronicznej, tj. za pośrednictwem Platformy Zakupowej (dalej Platforma) pod adresem https://kd.eb2b.com.pl. Korzystanie z Platformy Zakupowej jest bezpłatne. Wszelkie oświadczenia, zawiadomienia, wyjaśnienia oraz inne dokumenty w przedmiotowym postępowaniu oraz umowa są sporządzone w języku polskim. 4.
