Scope overview
Die Stadt Nagold hat sich im Rahmen ihrer kommunalen Wärmeplanung das Ziel gesetzt, die Wärmeversorgung auf klimaneutrale Energiequellen umzustellen. Im Fokus steht die Errichtung eines innovativen Nahwärmenetzes, das erneuerbare Energiequellen wie Abwasserwärme, Erdwärme und Flusswasserwärme nutzt.
Dieses Konzept umfasst ein kaltes Nahwärmenetz zur Versorgung von Großabnehmern wie dem Badepark und dem Otto-HahnGymnasium (OHG) sowie ein warmes Nahwärmenetz für die Innenstadt.
Teil dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TA) mit folgenden Schwerpunkten: Erschließung von Wärmequellen (Erdwärmesonden, Flusswasser, Anbindung des Abwasserwärmetauschers an die Energiezentrale) sowie die Erneuerung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung im OHG (Überplanung Hackschnitzelanlage, Heizungserneuerung, Anbindung eines Flüssiggastanks etc.) wofür Planungsleistungen der Lph 3-9 für die Anlagengruppen AG2 (Wärmeversorgungsanlagen), AG4 (Starkstromanlagen) und AG8 (Gebäudeautomation) notwendig sind.
