Scope overview
Der Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung e. V. plant die Sanierung und Aufstockung seines 2008 bezogenen Büro- und Veranstaltungsgebäudes in der Schumannstraße 8 in Berlin-Mitte (Stiftungszentrale).
Dieses Gebäude soll im laufenden Betrieb in Teilen saniert und zugleich um eine Etage aufgestockt werden, was unter anderem ein komplexes Bauvorhaben im Bestand in innerstädtischer Lage darstellt und einen erheblichen Koordinierungsbedarf beinhaltet.
Die Leistungen als Teil eines Gesamtvorhabens umfassen folgende bauliche Maßnahmen: Baumängelbeseitigung (Risssanierung Estrichfußboden und Fassadensanierung außen Beletage, 1.
OG, Außenseite - Austausch Dichtfolie), Optimierung der Bestandsgrundrisse (Anpassung der Grundrisse der Bürogeschosse an neue Arbeitsrealitäten), Aufstockung des Bestandsgebäudes (Deckung des zusätzlichen Raum- und Nutzungsbedarf durch Erweiterung um ein Geschoss in Holzbauweise/Holzhybridbauweise).
Die weiteren Planungsleistungen, insbesondere die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung sowie die Tragwerksplanung, sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens und werden in getrennten, eigenständigen Vergabeverfahren ausgeschrieben und vergeben.
