No speeds below 500 Mbps will be accepted. * Vendors must be eligible to do business in the state of SOUTH DAKOTA. * Vendors must include their company's SPIN (Service Provider ID Number) in their bids. Any bids missing this info will not be considered. * SPI Billing is required for all services and equipment. By bidding, your company is agreeing to SPI billing. NO BEAR FORM 472 BILLING ACCEPTED! * If your company requires separate paperwork to be completed by the school for SPI billing please include it in your bid at the end of the proposal so the school can complete it at time of 471 submission. * All bidders must make bids for one year with 4 option years. * Bid proposals must include detailed breakdown including total cost for each item/service as well as identify any non Erate eligible costs. * This schools is tax exempt. Please keep this in mind when preparing your bid. This may only apply to certain items and types of taxes. The universal service fee is required please factor that in when submitting your bid. *All taxes, fees, installation, travel, per diem, and any surcharges must be individually listed in the bids. *No generic price sheets will be accepted. Bids must specifically address the needs of the school for ALL of the item(s) requested in the Form 470 and must be tallied as identified in this narrative to be considered. * ALL costs for COMPLETE installation and set-up of connection MUST be identified in the bid. Additional costs for installation and set-up which are not identified in proposal will not be covered by the school.
