Scope overview
- Bids should be uploaded to the following location. https://erateprofessionals.app.box.com/f/40c9b25db7b14134897bc13886f21fce DO NOT EMAIL BIDS! * Bidders should list pricing for LIST 500Mbps, 1Gbps and 2Gbps along with prices listed for incremental speeds if available to allow for increased bandwidth needs at the school.* Vendors may not submit in a bid, any services or equipment that were not requested on the 470 even as options. Bids not related to 470 services requested will not be considered.* Vendors must include their SPIN (Service Provider ID Number) in their bids. Any bids missing this info will not be considered. * NO GENERIC PRICE SHEETS ACCEPTED! * This school is tax exempt. Please keep this in mind when preparing your bid. This may only apply to certain items and types of taxes. The universal service fee is required please factor that in when submitting your bid. * SPI Billing is required for all services and equipment. By bidding, your company is agreeing to SPI billing. NO BEAR FORM 472 BILLING ACCEPTED! * If your company requires separate paperwork to be completed by the school for SPI billing please include it in your bid at the end of the proposal so the school can complete it at time of 471 submission. * If any fees are associated with this internet connection, they MUST be listed in the bid. If there are any other fees or surcharges, they must be individually listed in the bid. The total price listed in the bid should be the total dollar amount the school would need to pay for that internet service each month. * Vendors should put pricing in pre-discount amounts ONLY. DO NOT INCLUDE THE SCHOOLS DISCOUNTED AMOUNT IN THE BID!! ALL BIDS MUST BE FOR NON-DISCOUNTED AMOUNTS.* NO CHANGE ORDERS are permitted. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a vendor cannot install said services/equipment at the agreed upon contract price at time of installation, the school is not permitted to sign change orders or waivers. The school must adhere to USAC bidding regulations for the Erate process. Vendors asking for additional monies post commitment are at risk of violation of Erate rules as well as USAC and FCC sanctions.
