De werkzaamheden omvatten (niet limitatief): - Projectbeheersing; - Werkvoorbereiding; - Bouwplaatsinrichting & bouwlogistiek; - Bouw- en werkvergaderingen; - ISZW melding; - Sloop- en demontage werkzaamheden; - Bouwkundige werkzaamheden; - Installatietechnische werkzaamheden, inclusief beveiliging; - Integrale test en beproeving; - (Deel)oplevering, revisiebescheiden en overdrachtstukken en de afhandeling van de kleine gebreken; Overzicht algemene kenmerken Oppervlakte: circa 10.000 m2.
