A202330 Varavoimahanke - Laskutyöurakka Urakassa toteutetaan kohdetta palveleva varavoimajärjestelmä. Toteutus edellyttää kaapelireittien järjestämisen varavoimakoneelta keskustilaan, siihen liittyvät läpiviennit seinä-, holvi- ja pihakansirakenteista, kaapelivedot sekä kytkennät.
Varavoimakone sijoitetaan rakennuksen sisäiselle huoltopihalle sille osoitettuun paikkaan ja sille rakennetaan perustus-, suojaus- ja verhousrakenteet. Senaatti-kiinteistöt hankkii varavoimakoneen rakennuttajan erillishankintana. Senaatti-kiinteistöt vastaa ainoastaan hankinnasta. Varavoimakoneen toimitus kohteeseen sisältyy hankintahintaan.
Urakoitsija vastaa kohteessa mahdollisten siirtojen ja nostojen järjestelyistä sekä asennuksesta. Lisäksi osana urakkaa toteutetaan kohteen erikseen määritettyyn tilaan liittyvät ovimuutokset ja sähkö- ja turvatekniikan kaapelointitöitä, sekä aputöitä ja läpivientejä laajempaan, kohteessa toteutettavaan, turvatekniikkahankkeeseen.,
