Tarjoajaehdokkaille ei makseta korvausta tietopyyntöön vastaamisesta / markkinakartoitukseen osallistumisesta eikä niiden yhteydessä laadittavista dokumenteista. Mikkelin kaupungin Talonrakennuspalvelut valmistelee keskuskeittiö Isopadan varavoimajärjestelmän toteutusta.
Tämän tietopyynnön/markkinakartoituksen tarkoituksena on: - kartoittaa markkinoiden osaamista, kapasiteettia ja kiinnostusta, - tunnistaa hankkeen keskeisiä riskejä ja mahdollisuuksia ja - hyödyntää markkinoilta saatavaa tietoa varsinaisen tarjouspyynnön valmistelussa.
