Scope overview
Das MKJFGFI beabsichtigt im Rahmen des offenen Verfahrens eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer für ein Weiterbildungsprogramm für Mitarbeitende der Ausländer- und Staatsangehörigkeitsbehörden abzuschließen. Der Leistungsbeginn ist für den 01.05.2026 vorgesehen.Das Weiterbildungsprogramm soll durch den Bieter vollständig geplant, organisiert und durchgeführt werden.
Es sollen insgesamt 52 Fortbildungsveranstaltungen für insgesamt ca. 1.300 Mitarbeitende der Ausländer- und Staatsangehörigkeitsbehörden durchgeführt werden. Das gesamte Weiterbildungsprogramm umfasst die Dauer eines Jahres. Es handelt sich um 13 verschiedene Fortbildungsthemen, die unterschiedlich oft wiederholt anzubieten sind.
Die Rahmenvereinbarung kann dreimal um je ein weiteres Jahr verlängert werden und hat somit eine Laufzeit von max. 4 Jahren.
