AVIS DE DEMANDE DE COTATION OUVERTE Intitulé du Marché : ACQUISITION DE FOURNITURES DE BUREAU Demande de Cotation N°-021/DC/2025 Projet d’Investissement de Soutien aux Capacités Statistiques de la SADC (STATCAP II) Pays: Madagascar Crédit No : 7325-MG - Madagascar-Statistical Capacity Building Reference PPM: MDG/FRN-02/DCNM/25 Le Gouvernement Malagasy a reçu un crédit de la Banque mondiale pour financer le Projet STATCAP II et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie de ce crédit des paiements au titre du Marché de « ACQUISITION DE FOURNITURES DE BUREAU ».
L’Unité de Gestion du Projet (UGP) STATCAP-II sollicite des offres fermées de la part des soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises. Le délai de livraison est de DIX (10) jours La procédure sera conduite par mise en concurrence nationale en recourant à une Demande de Cotation telle que définie dans le Règlement des marchés de la Banque mondiale, 5ème édition, septembre 2023.
Le Dossier de Cotation en français sera envoyé par e-mail à tout soumissionnaire intéressé en formulant une demande à l’adresse mail ci-dessous, en mentionnant clairement les coordonnées complètes (raison sociale, adresse, e-mail, téléphone).
Les offres devront être remises sous plis fermé, en mentionnant le numéro et l’objet de la Demande de Cotation, à l’adresse ci-dessous, au plus tard le 07 Janvier 2026 à dix heures (10h00). La soumission des offres par voie électronique ne sera pas autorisée. Les offres remises en retard ne seront pas acceptées.

Les offres seront ouvertes publiquement en présence des représentants des soumissionnaires et de toute personne d’être présente à l’adresse mentionnée ci-dessous le même jour à dix heures (10h00).
