ADF WILL BE BILLED AT A RATE OF A)$3.20 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR DONOR RENEWAL SERVICES; B)$3.500 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR SUSTAINER RELATED SERVICES; C)$3.10 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR LAPSED DONOR RENEWAL SERVICES; D)$2.60 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR DONOR ACQUISITION SERVICES; E)$43.00 PER LOGGED HOUR FOR OTHER CONTACTS.
