Scope overview
The Department of Corrections wants to engage an Auckland region based External Project Manager (PM) Services and a professional Engineer to Contract (EtC) Company to support the Department on a design, bid and build project for the Auckland Region Women�s Corrections Facility (ARWCF) Yards and Enhancements Project (the Project).
The External PM/EtC will work collaboratively with Department�s Wellington based internal PM to provide independent professional advice and provide stakeholder management, contract scheduling, contractor performance, construction observations, contract administration and input into project costs through the Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the life of the project.
