--------------- Ressourcenschonender Umbau des ehemaligen Einkaufszentrums Vivo zur STS Ottensen mit neuen Kompartimentstrukturen. Rückbau des Staffelgeschosses und Nutzung der Dachfläche über dem 2. Obergeschoss als Aufenthalts- und Bewegungsfläche, mit alternativen Sportkonzepten, auf und in der Kubatur. Erstellen außenliegender Fluchttreppenhäuser als Stahlskelette. Inbetriebhaltung der Tiefgarage in der Bauphase.
