RFQ Solicitation Timetable A non-mandatory virtual Proposers conference will be held on 08/21/2025 at 11:00 AM, via Microsoft Teams. Although attendance is not mandatory; it is strongly recommended that all interested vendors attend.
In order to RSVP to the Pre-Bid Conference and obtain the Teams Meeting link to view the virtual conference email acm.procurement@nycha.nyc.gov with the RFQ number as the Subject line to confirm attendance.
