Scope overview
Vereniging Ons Middelbaar Onderwijs (hierna: "De Aanbestedende Dienst") is voornemens om de (ver)nieuwbouw van het Theresialyceum te Tilburg uit te laten voeren. Het ontwerpteam is bezig met het opstellen van het Voorontwerp. Na afronding van de VO-fase dient hierbij het ontwerp verder in bouwteam-verband uitgewerkt te worden.
De aan het ontwerpteam toe te voegen bouwteam-aannemer zal derhalve middels deze aanbesteding geselecteerd worden. De Aanbestedende Dienst is voornemens één Inschrijver te selecteren en heeft hiertoe een Europese openbare aanbestedingsprocedure uitgeschreven.
