Die Gemeinde Weil im Schönbuch plant ein Bürgerhaus mit großem Saal und Bühne. Für das Bürgerhaus soll ein maximal flexibler Küchenbereich konzipiert werden, der von Cateringfirmen, Vereinen und Gruppen genutzt werden kann. Je nach Bedarf wird beispielsweise ein Empfang mit Getränken und Fingerfood veranstaltet, nur Kaffee gekocht und Kuchen verteilt oder es gibt eine Veranstaltung mit z.B.
Leberkäse, Kartoffelsalat und gekühlte Getränke oder es gibt ein Hochzeitsmenü mit mehreren Gängen. Darüber hinaus soll die Möglichkeit bestehen die Küche für Feste im Außenbereich zu nutzen.
