72550-PK RFB No: PK-SIDA-530976-CW-RFB Issued on: 18th February, 2026 The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sindh Water & Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Canal Modernization & Rehabilitation Works of Kot Ghulam Muhammad (KGM) Minor, under the Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project.
Bidders may bid for the tender, subject to meeting aggregate qualification requirements, as further defined in the bidding document.
The Sindh Irrigation and Drainage Authority (SIDA) now invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the “Canal Modernization & Rehabilitation Works of Kot Ghulam Muhammad (KGM) Minor, under Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project” located in the district Mirpurkhas of Sindh Province, Pakistan.
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing”, November, 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
