Scope overview
We are seeking to appoint Change Management specialists to lead and carry out the end to end change management activity on a significant programme of work at Callaghan Innovation.
The purpose of this RFP is to select a single vendor for the following programme: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Callaghan Innovation will be implementing a modern ERP system which will offer integration across our corporate functions (finance, human resources, procurement and asset management).
In parallel with the implementation, we are going to simplify and standardise our business processes across these functions. The two key areas the Change Management specialists will focus on are Finance and People Operations and Employee Experience.
