Compensation assumptions: IN CONSIDERATION OF TCA S FAITHFUL PERFORMANCE OF ITS RESPONSIBILITIES AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL HEREBY AGREES TO PAY TCA $500.00 PER CONFIRMED SPONSOR. TCA S FEE SHALL BE PAYABLE FROM TIME TO TIME DURING THE TERM. TCA SHALL PRESENT ITS PROPOSED CAMPAIGNS TO CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL FOR APPROVAL. AS PART OF THE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR EACH CAMPAIGN.
TCA AND CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL AGREE TO NEGOTIATE AND MUTUALLY PROJECT THE NUMBER OF CONFIRMED SPONSORS REASONABLY ANTICIPATED TO BE ACQUIRED DURING EACH CAMPAIGN (THE GOAL ), PROVIDED THAT FAILURE TO MEET THE GOAL SHALL NOT BE DEEMED A BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT. CHILDREN INTERNATIONAL SHALL NOT BE MAKING ANY ADVANCE PAYMENTS OF TCA S FEE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
