Scope overview
District seeks service for three additional buildings to be a part of their WAN. Please see RFP for full details. We are looking for two strands per location for dark fiber connections. We are looking for 10Gbps lit fiber service per location. Prospective Vendors must direct and confine all inquiries and communications concerning this procurement to both the Issuing Officer(s) and E-Rate Consultant.
Correspondence may only be made via e-mail for record-keeping purposes. Failure to confine communication may result in proposal disqualification. Maintenance and Operation request is only if required for dark or lit fiber. District does not need equipment.
One complete copy of the proposal must be submitted to the Issuing Officer and the E-Rate Consultant either electronically or as a hardcopy by 9 AM EST on the Allowable Contract Date. Proposals are requested that are a turnkey, comprehensive solution that addresses all requirements set forth and/or any appendices. Pricing should include a breakdown of all costs. This 470 is in replacement of #260023280.
