Accordingly, the Woreda invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution and completion of the following projects. Construction work license of GC/BC Contractor- renewed for 2018 E.C and those currently registered from mandated public body, registration certificate valid from Ministry of Construction Authority MoCA /Oromia Construction Authority (OCA) and Oromia Regional concerned Bureaus. Evidence of /Being a registered supplier under the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPPA). 2.
Bidders must have renewed and valid business licenses and registration certificates must be registered for VAT and TIN valid from Revenue Authority that enables to participate on bid. 3.

Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 7th edition 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
A complete set of bidding documents in English Languge may be purchased from Amaya Woreda Finance Office,Procurement Room No 9 or FSRP Procurement Officer in working hours upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 2000.00 (Two Thousand Birr) to obtain a complete a set of procurement document. The method of payment will be in cash only. 5.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from site inspection and from Woreda Project Implementation Support Team (WPIST) of Food System Resilience Program (FSRP) Ato Guluma Hirpa Procurement Officer located at Amaya Woreda during working times. 6.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000.00 ETB (Five Hundred Thousand Birr Only ETB) for the project in the form of cash payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank guarantee only to Amaya Woreda Finance Office. 7.
The bid security or CPO should be separately enclosed in envelope and submitted with the Technical proposal envelope marked the name of the bidder on the envelope and see the purchased bid document. 8.
The construction companies are invited to submit their original and copy document containing the "Technical" and "Financial" proposals that separately enclosed shall be enclosed in one single outer envelopeas further clarified in the bidding document for the execution and completion of the cited contract. 9.
Bid Document must be delivered to the address below and Bid submission date is on 22/1/2026 G.C on or before 10:00 A.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders or designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the Amaya Woreda Finance Office on 22/1/2026 G.C 10:30 A.M. 10.
Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way. 11. Amaya Woreda Trade & Investeent Office reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. 12.
