ILO Seeks External Collaborator for Legal Framework Training in Malawi

Reference: rfx_4556_ROAF Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.

Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Update slides for the Legal Framework module based on the existing base document • Develop the facilitator and activity guides and other learning materials for the module in line with existing TRANSFORM resources • Travel to the assigned location within Malawi, and implement the application of TRANSFORM 2.5-day Training on legal frameworks • Co-facilitate a training with another facilitator in Malawi • Participate in the pre-training briefing meeting with another facilitator • Support government officials with the development of a road map for the development of the legal framework based on the Lead the Change Roadmap developed in Malawi in collaboration with other Master trainers • Prepare a post training report in line with TRANSFORM standards.
