Consulting firms should also send a color-scanned PDF of the stamped original and an editable electronic version (Word) of the EOI to the tendering agency email addresses: guoxy@ck.citic.com and yanggx@ck.citic.com. In case of any conflict between the electronic and hard copy versions, the hard copy shall prevail.
